1 Air supply system

The edge and side of the console are equipped with air inlet ports, which are used for air supply through the air supply system. Ensure that when the fume hood sliding door is at different heights, the supplementary air volume can adapt to changes in exhaust air volume, maintain stable negative pressure inside the cabinet, enhance anti-interference ability, and ensure exhaust effectiveness.

2 Monitoring system

This monitoring system collects real-time parameters such as the height of the sliding door and the pressure of the exhaust duct. Through closed-loop control, it dynamically adjusts the opening of the air valve and the speed of the air supply motor to ensure that the wind speed on the window opening surface remains stable within a safe range.

3 control system

Adopting an integrated high-quality control panel, integrating control modules such as motors, air valves, air volume, lighting, etc., based on feedback signals from the monitoring system, closed-loop control of air volume, air valve opening, and window status is implemented to ensure the safety and convenience of experimental operations.

The fume hood is equipped with water, electricity, and gas interfaces, and experimental personnel only need to open some glass windows to carry out operations.

4 Regional infrared sensing window system

Intelligent linkage between sliding door and ventilation system through human infrared sensing: When personnel operate in front of the cabinet, the sliding door remains open; After the personnel leave the post for the set duration, the sliding door and fume hood will be automatically closed, or the speed will be reduced according to the preset logic to achieve energy saving.
